HOW TO MAKE GLOW SERUM FOR BRIGHTENING AND AGELESS SKIN

Following Ingredients you need:

Rose water, Olive Oil , Glycerin , Aloe Vera Gel 

3 teaspoon Rose water
1/2 half teaspoon aloe Vera gel
half teaspoon olive oil 
half teaspoon glycerin 

Mix all ingredients well 2 to 3 min transfer  to makeup jar and you can use this for 4 to 5 days:

Note: Make sure you use the same consistency i have written otherwise you wont get the result .

How to make Fairness Cream

For Ageless skin Fairness Serum


Following Natural Ingredients You need:

3 tablespoon Orange Juice (Fresh)
tablespoon spoon Sweet Almond Oil
1 tablespoon Rose water
2 teaspoon Cucumber Gel  if you don't have cucumber gel  you can use 2 tablespoon  cucumber juice with 1 table spoon aloe Vera gel 
2 to 3 drops Essential Oil (Optional)Grapefruit

Mix all the ingredients well until 2 to 3 min you will get serum consistency if it looks little watery add 1 tablespoon of cucumber gel or aloe Vera gel .

wash your face with luke water and apply thick layer overnight mask

These days  everyone would like to go for diet to loose weight and not enjoy the delicious food we can have. I love to eat everything and enjoy my food  but the key to maintain the weight gain is the timing and proportion of the food. If you can maintain that, I think anyone can have all kinds of food and enjoy it . Dont starve yourself to death .

Glowing Green Smoothy

Ingredients
  • 1-2 cups very cold, filtered water
  • ¾ pound organic romaine lettuce, rough chopped, about 1 head
  • ½ head large bunch or small bunch organic spinach
  • 3-4 organic celery stalks, halved
  • 1 organic apple, cored, seeded, quartered
  • 1 organic pear, cored, seeded, quartered
  • 1 organic banana, peeled
  • ½ fresh organic lemon, peeled, seeded
  • bunch organic cilantro with stems (optional)
  • bunch organic parsley with stems (optional)


Instructions
  1. Place water, romaine, spinach, celery, and optional ingredients, if using, into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth.
  3. Gradually moving to higher speeds Add apple, pear, banana and lemon to the blender and blend until smooth.


I try to rotate all my smoothy so i don't get bored and get all my vitamins...

Introduction

It is hard to manage your health with day to day routine. Being a women we always forget how to manage our health so we can take care of others and look better also work more productively.  I will share with all of you some recipes that i found and  mine own recipes that i use on daily basis and rotate them accordingly so i dont get bored with them.
